On Sunday, May 1st, ARTolerance in partnership with Har Zion Temple is hosting an afternoon of music in memory of Dr. Arnold Porges. Concert will feature Members of the Philadelphia Orchestra and ARTolerance: Udi Bar-David on cello & ARTolerance Artistic Director, Juliette Kang on violin, Marvin Moon on viola, Angela Zator Nelson on percussion, joined by special guest Cantor Elliot Vogel. Event is free and open to the community.

ARTolerance is thrilled to feature Ajibola Rivers in a series of school visits this fall season.  Ajibola will share ARTolerance’s mission as a cultural ambassador, bringing community voices to the stage in an educational setting. We look forward to working and sharing with students in Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods. Ajibola Jeremy Rivers is a Nigerian-Cherokee performing artist of many talents. While the vast majority of his music career has been on stage, music took on new meaning when he started teaching his first students in 2015.  ARTolerance is excited to promote the premiere of Ajibola River’s Cello Suites, inspired by Bach while introducing Latin & African rhythms.  Ajibola teaches violin, viola, cello, bass, and bass guitar.

On Saturday, February 4th @ Boyd Recital Hall @ Rowan University,  ARTolerance Artistic Director Udi Bar-David will partner with Rowan University to bring you "Cello Day". From 1:00-5:00pm, this music-packed day offers ARTolerance workshop on Middle Eastern Musical Techniques, masterclasses and performances.  Free and open to the public.

On Thursday, March 2nd the Rowan University Symphony Orchestra will be joined by the ARTolerance Ensemble for an evening concert with selections from around the world.
